Cancellation policy

Daily

For a daily reservation (1-6 nights), 72 hours advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is given less than 72 hours in advance, the cancellation fee is 50% of the stay plus tax.

For the early departure of a daily in-house resident who shortens their length of stay, a 24-hour advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 24 hours, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 50% of the remainder of stay plus tax.

Weekly
For a weekly reservation (7-24 nights), cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of stay plus tax. No early departures allowed.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment is required upon check-in. No resales. No cash payments accepted at the property.
$250 security deposit required upon arrival. If not utilized during stay, the security deposit will be refunded 24 hours after departure.

Monthly
For a monthly reservation (25 nights), Cancellation must be received 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 15 nights of room and tax charges. No early departures allowed.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment is required upon check-in. No resales. No cash payments accepted at the property.
For stays of 25 nights or more, a completed lease agreement must be returned within three business days. The terms and conditions of the lease agreement will apply. $250 security deposit required upon arrival. If not utilized during stay, the security deposit will be refunded 24 hours after departure.
