Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION
Reservations may be cancelled and will be fully refunded by the method of payment on file subject to the following conditions:

Length Of Stay: 7 - 29 nights

Reservations cancelled 14+ days prior to arrival are fully refundable.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be fully charged up to a maximum of 14 nights.

Length Of Stay: 30+ nights

Reservations cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival are fully refundable.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be subject to one month rent penalty.

Each market and building might have policies that supersedes the above. See the “Policies” section of each building for more information.

TERMINATION OF RESERVATION CONTRACT
CorporateStays has the right to terminate a reservation at any time on the grounds of abuse to staff or other guests, mistreatment of the Apartment or criminal activity on the part of those occupying the Apartment or their guests. The Guest agrees not to allow the suite to be occupied overnight by anyone other than the persons listed on this page as a guest, unless CorporateStays has been advised and has authorized use of the suite by another occupant.
In such circumstances CorporateStays is not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation. The period of notice and the refund applicable are entirely at the discretion of CorporateStays.
