Cancellation policy

The booking is cancellable without charge up to 11 days before the check in date.
For cancellations 10 days or less before the check in date, or in cases of ‘no show’, we will charge 20% of the total stay (or 20% of the first month in the case of bookings for a period of more than 30 days).
For ‘long stay’ bookings any decision to leave before the agreed check out time, must be communicated to us with at least 14 days notice or a cancellation fee equivalent of 14 nights will be charged.

The building is in the Castro Pretorio district, between Termini rail station and Porta Pia monument, inside the Aurelian Walls. Via Gaeta Serviced Apartments is in the Embassies area.
