Cancellation / Alteration of your Booking by you
7.1 We will use our reasonable endeavours to accommodate your requests for alterations of your Booking, subject to availability of accommodation.
7.2 If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking and you notify us in writing (see our contact details below) 14 days in advance of your date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and your deposit will be refunded (unless stated differently at the time of booking). It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time.
7.3 If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In a new-build area a little east of the centre of Peterborough, Rudd House serviced accommodation 2 provides three cosy bedrooms and a good set of amenities for anyone coming on a short stay. Up to five guests can stay in rooms typically arranged as two twins and a single, making use of two bathrooms and full cooking facilities that will enable them to self-cater. Other facilities include two allocated parking spaces, Superfast Wi-Fi and in-apartment laundry, while there is a garden as well.

Rudd House is less than a five-minute drive from the centre of Peterborough, which sits next to the River Nene in Cambridgeshire. In the centre, guests will find the Queensgate Shopping Centre and can visit Peterborough Cathedral, as well as Peterborough Museum & Art Gallery. There is a Showcase Cinema, a similar drive away from the property and, among the other interesting things to do in the area, is a visit to the Flag Fen Archaeology Park.
