This is a great central location just over a five-minute walk from Newcastle Railway Station. It is convenient for the Utilita Arena live events venue and is also only about a 15-minute walk from St James' Park – home to Newcastle United Football Club. Newcastle has plenty of places for a night out, including the quayside area that runs along the bank of the River Tyne. There is a Tyne and Wear metro system; it can be accessed at the main station and runs across to Gateshead and beyond.
