Cancellation policy

Monthly
For a monthly reservation (30 nights), Cancellation must be received 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 15 nights of room and tax charges. For the early departure of a monthly in-house resident who shortens their length of stay, 15-day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If the notice given is less than 15 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 50% of the rent for the first 30 days plus tax.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment is required upon check-in. No resales.
