1-6 Nights: 3 days notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 50% of booking value penalty fee
7-28 Nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights penalty fee
29+ Nights: 3 weeks notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights penalty fee
