Cancellation policy

3. Long Stay Rate: All long stay packages are based on a minimum of 28 consecutive nights. Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and this then deems the booking non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable. Extensions to long stay reservations once in-house will be charged at the Best Available Rate.
4. VAT is charged at 20% for 28 days and thereafter at 4% until the end of the stay:
5. The Long stay reservation must be pre-paid fully in advance
6. Reservation longer than two months will require a rolling payment equal to two months rent payable in advance.
10. Cancellation: For bookings less than 7 nights, any cancellations made less than 72 to hours prior to the day prior off arrival will incur a charge for the 1st night’s accommodation. This will be charged to the card that was used to guarantee the reservation. (Not applicable to Advantage Rates, Promotional Offers and Long Stay Rates)
