Cancellation policy

F. Cancellations/ No-Shows

• Any cancellation must be done 7 days prior to guest arrival
• Should it be necessary for you to cancel a guaranteed reservation less than 24 hours in advance of the arrival date, one night’s accommodation fee will be levied to the company’s account or the credit card number which has been supplied.
• Once a cancellation has been received, you will be advised of the cancellation number. Please retain this number for your records.
• Should the reservation be cancelled and the hotel is not notified, or in the instance that the guest does not arrive; a “No Show” charge equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be charged to the company’s account or the credit card number which has been supplied.
• In case of “No Show” the full amount of the first night will be charged.
• For amendments / early departure on Long Term bookings, the Hotel will charge the following rates: AED425 per night for 1-bedroom apartments and AED675 per night for 2-bedroom apartments for the remainder of original booking duration.
