Cancellation policy

Cancellation In the event of any cancellation or shortening of a booking, the Client Company will be liable for the hire Charges for the first 30 days of the hire period and thereafter on a rolling 30 day period. In the case of any special pricing agreed for an extended or multiple apartments booking, the Client Company shall be liable for Hire Charges for the entire Hire Period. Such liability to continue until the accommodation allocated is re let, or agreement reached on reverting to the Hirer’s standard pricing as advised in the Acceptance for the period of actual occupation and the applicable notice period. It is not the Hirers’ intention to create difficulties for their clients in the event of unforeseen changes to their accommodation needs and the Hirer will always try to minimise their clients’ exposure to unused accommodation.
