Most famous for London Paddington Railway Station and Paddington Bear, the district of Paddington encompasses a fair-sized area in the City of Westminster to the north of Hyde Park. Paddington is also right next to Hyde Park, where there is not only an abundance of open space, but also usually something fun going on.
