As the holiday season approaches, there’s no better time to come together, reflect on the year gone by, and celebrate the achievements we’ve made in our industry with our Partners. This year, Situ had the pleasure of hosting a Partner Christmas Event for our accommodation Partners, and it was truly an evening to remember.
As soon as our Partners arrived, they were welcomed by a beautiful Christmas tree, twinkling lights, tasty mince pies, a refreshing welcome drink, and our amazing Situ’ers ready to mingle –everything to set the perfect holiday mood!
It was fantastic to see everyone having such a great time. It was a chance for some of our Situ’ers to meet a few of our Partners in person for the first time.
Reflecting on 2024
2024 has been a year of growth for Situ, and much of this success is thanks to the tireless efforts and commitment of our accommodation Partners.
At Situ, we understand the importance of building strong, meaningful relationships. Our partnerships with accommodation providers are at the core of what we do, and this event was the perfect opportunity to express our gratitude and strengthen the bonds that allow us to deliver exceptional service to our clients. It was an evening of celebration, but it was also a time for reflection, growth, and looking ahead to many exciting opportunities for 2025.
The gingerbread apartment: Where every detail tells a story
We’re so happy that you all loved our incredible gingerbread apartment! You may wonder where the inspiration for such a thoughtfully designed creation came from. Well, the idea was to illustrate exactly what we believe in: just as every tiny element of the gingerbread apartment is carefully crafted, here at Situ we dedicate the same level of attention to every guest experience. It’s all about those little details that make a big difference.
A big thank you to the team at Gingerbread World for making this idea come to life! Their effort went far beyond just creating the gingerbread structure and its details – it also included thorough planning, sketching, and a lot of emails back and forth to ensure everything was perfectly aligned with our vision.

Every year, we choose a charity to support and create a Christmas video to help raise donations. This time, we’re thrilled to bring back our parody video! While the rest is under wraps for now, we promise it’s something you won’t want to miss.
We’re so thankful to everyone who took part in the video. It was amazing to see our accommodation Partners step up in front of the camera to help create something so memorable.
