We recently updated you with the exciting news of how far we’ve come with our work to expand the reach and diversity of our property portfolio and provide Situ’s clients with even more choice of accommodation types and locations.
This exciting project has reached a critical stage – the synchronisation of Situ’s systems with top channel managers and property management integrations. We’re pleased to report that our first connection is now complete: Situ and the Rentals United platform are now aligned!
Rentals United is a short and medium-term rental channel manager that helps property managers distribute their professionally managed accommodation across different booking sites. It stores property data, such as booking availability, and updates it across multiple listing sites in real time.
This new connection with Situ means that property managers using property management systems such as Guesty, Hostify, Tokeet, and others can connect to Situ through Rentals United and make their properties visible on Situ’s accommodation network. This seamless integration means that properties will be visible to a wide cohort of clients with year-round accommodation needs, even during off-peak months.
We’re delighted to partner with Rentals United and to offer our clients greater variety in accommodation types and a wider spread of locations than ever before.
