Operations Supervisor

The role of the Operations Supervisor forms part of Situ’s busy Operations Team, offering our clients a worldwide network of approved and assured serviced apartments in hundreds of destinations. As an Operations Supervisor, your role will encompass all the functions of an Accommodation Specialist, whilst overseeing the day-to-day performance and activities of Accommodation Specialists and Key Accommodation Specialists, alongside the Director of Operations, Operations Manager and Hospitality & Quality Manager.

Accommodation Specialist

As Accommodation Specialist you’ll be part of the busy Sales Team in Mobility. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Senior Account Managers within Situ, providing new and retained clients and guests with serviced apartment quotes around the world in a timely and accurate fashion. Speaking to our extensive supply chain, you’ll find the best rates and availability in line with customer requirements, make bookings, and ensure a smooth stay for your guest, whatever their needs are, and in line with clear targets. Relationships with stakeholders and an expectation to travel to client meetings and events are key to the role.

Operations Support Manager

As an Operations Support Manager at Situ, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing our Sales Operations team. This role, with the support of team leads, supervisors and key specialists, should ensure the Accommodation Specialists commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients, hitting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Learning, Development and Talent Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Learning, Development and Talent Lead to join our People team. You will manage and execute a comprehensive company-wide training plan, strategically partnering with each department and the wider People team to understand training needs, skills gaps, and opportunities for growth. This role ensures our employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively and to meet the overall needs of the business. Your focus will be on building a training schedule that fosters a culture of continual learning and success, both onsite and via digital learning solutions. You will be commercially astute and adopt an outside-in approach, understating customer needs to integrate them in to training programmes. You will be a trusted partner across our teams and work closely with the Head of People to identify training needs, design, and successfully implement and deliver the training strategy.

As Employee Engagement and Experience Advisor you will play a key part in our busy People team, taking responsibility for delivery of a full range of Human Resources services. You will support the Employee Engagement and Experience Manager in the delivery of efficient and effective HR support and an advisory service to the business by providing first line contact on all people related issues consistent with internal processes and legal requirements.
