Employee Engagement and Experience Advisor - Maternity Cover 12 Month FTC

As Employee Engagement and Experience Advisor you will play a key part in our busy People team, taking responsibility for delivery of a full range of Human Resources services. You will support the Employee Engagement and Experience Manager in the delivery of efficient and effective HR support and an advisory service to the business by providing first line contact on all people related issues consistent with internal processes and legal requirements.

Key Accommodation Specialist

As Key Accommodation Specialist you’ll be part of the busy Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Account Management team within Situ, delivering a tailored and efficient accommodation booking experience for our key clientele worldwide. You will be the point of contact for our key clients, supporting your team with all VIP and challenging moves. Leveraging our extensive supply chain, you’ll source optimal accommodation, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure availability. Throughout this process, you will deliver a consultative and personalised experience to our clients and/or guests. Relationships with stakeholders and an expectation to travel to client meetings and events are key to the role.
